  C O N S U L T A T I O N

Let's start the process! Send us an email at joy@thestationerybar.com or book an appointment below.

We will begin with a consultation either by phone or in person at my showroom. This will provide you with an opportunity to review our work and show us/tell us what you like.

ESTIMATE & CONTRACT

Following the consultation we will provide you with an estimate. Upon estimate approval a contract will be provided. Designing will begin at this point once the signed contract and 50% deposit are received.

DESIGN

Upon receipt of your wedding information packet we will begin your custom invitation set design round. All designs will be presented as electronic proofs.

Custom wedding invitations - unlimited design proofs and consultations are included as we work together to create your desired wedding invitation set or event stationery. The 1st hard copy proof is free of charge. All subsequent proofs if needed are $25 each.

APPROVAL

Final approval is required before printing and assembly of your invitation suite. Before printing begins, you will be e-mailed an electronic Final Digital Proof (color Adobe PDF file) to review for grammar, spelling, punctuation and accuracy of information. Upon your approval, the files will be sent to print and production will begin. The remaining balance is due at this time.

05.

PRINTING

Depending on the complexity and number of items in your invitation suite, its pieces, materials and embellishments - your set will be ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. Rush printing is also available, please let us know the delivery date you would like.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

06.

We offer various options for pickup. You may pick up your order at our Lindenhurst, Long Island studio or we can ship it to you anywhere via USPS or FEDEX. A shipping fee would apply.
